SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed within city limits are eligible for next-day delivery. However, to avail of this service, orders must be placed before the cut-off time of 4 pm. Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for next-day delivery. Please note that deliveries may take longer for areas that are farther away or outside city limits.

 

DELIVERY CHARGE

A delivery charge of 20 AED will be applied to all orders in UAE & 4O Dhs for all order in KSA. This charge applies to both regular orders and preorders. Please note that delivery charges may also apply to returns and exchanges. For more information, please check our refund policy.

 

PREORDERS

Preorders are not subject to next-day delivery and may take 2-4 days to deliver.
